sLatch LM200 is a unique modular latching solution which operates in tandem with MiR100 and MiR200. It is designed to automate internal transportation and logistics tasks in industries such as hospitals, food manufacturing, warehousing and logistics. sLatch LM200 allows your autonomous mobile robots (AMR) to transport high payloads easily through narrow aisles and corridors without human intervention.
Both MiR100 and MiR200 have virtual registers (software) which can be changed to control your sLatch LM200 to be accessed on the go, across laptops and mobile devices.
Transport tasks are automated as the Latching module automatically engages, transports and disengages a trolley easily. As a result, technicians will be able to focus on higher value-added work
Integration with Automatic Doors
Installation of a door controller module at the auto doors enables the MiR to communicate with the module and automatically pass through the auto doors when needed

sLATCH LM200 Functions
Designed specifically for AMR to move trolleys between key logistic points. By leveraging wheel-based trolleys, sLatch LM200 is able to carry payloads of different sizes, up to 100kg for MiR 100 and 200kg for MiR 200
Just plug in and play. Mount the sLatch LM200 onto the MiR and plug in the connectors. Only minimal installation is required
No fixed docking station is required. The sLatch LM200 is a dockless solution which saves space
sLatch LM200 and AMR Compatibility
The AMR can collect any loaded trolley, deliver it to the designated destination and leave it there to be emptied or prepared for the next mission. As such, the AMR is only stationary for short periods of time, effectively streamlining the workflow between different divisions of the manufacturing/logistics facility.
